In 2008, Falcon Concentrators Inc. purchased Sepro Mineral Processing International (SMPI), an international mineral processing equipment company based in the UK. Shortly after the purchase, Falcon Concentrators and SMPI rebranded as Sepro Mineral Systems Corp.
