FALCON CONCENTRATORS are world-renowned specialist in enhanced gravity concentration. Our team of metallurgists and engineers is dedicated to assisting the mineral processing industry to achieve gravity separation results unachievable in the past. Falcon recognizes that each gravity concentration circuit is unique and thus offers a line of products that are unequalled in parametric flexibility. A secondary Falcon SB750 concentrator is used to clean up the primary concentrate and reduce the mass feed to the shaking table. Falcon has completed detailed engineering on a number of smaller tonnage complete alluvial circuits which have been supplied with only the feed and tailing lines having to be connected. TRADITIONAL GRINDING CIRCUIT THE "FALCON WAY" Installing Falcon SB enhanced gravity concentrators onto cyclone feed allows the recovery of the fine gold particles that would normally be missed in traditional cyclone underflow enhanced gravity circuits. The high G-force (200G's) applied in the Falcon SB makes this an ideal technique. Selecting a natural preconcentration point in the cyclone feed line can further increase gold units feed to the enhanced gravity circuit. In order to maximize goldroom recovery, a secondary Falcon SB concentrator can be used to treat primary concentrate and reduce volume of concentrate that has to be treated by the shaking table. Scavenging of the fine gold lost to table tailings through another Falcon SB concentrator improves the overall gold room recovery. TRADITIONAL CYCLONE U/F INSTALLATION Falcon SB concentrators are very effective at recovering native gold and silver from milling circuits. Treating a maximum tonnage of 330 t/hr (a single Falcon SB5200) of -6mm material. The Falcon circuit can achieve as high as 80% of the overall plant production depending on the percentage of the native metal present in the cyclone underflow.
